NATION CHAMPS - FIJI

The Fijian diaspora is an untapped jewel in rugby media - not in formal traditional forms, but through their love for the game, humour and kindness. Attending the England v Fiji game at Twickenham, you would think it was a home game for Fiji with the incredible turnout. I wanted to introduce some upbeat content that would land well with the young generation - reintroducing my Kai Time series, food and kava! Building rapport before, meeting them in their banter and encouraging them through the right leas really brought this content to life and thus far is my favourite content to date. It was a joy to edit as well - faced paced and engaging.

Moreover, I had the incredible opportunity to interview the legend Warren Gatland! Being able to crusie through his time in Europe through culture, food, weather and travel was an insight into the many ways this incredible coach and mentor of rugby has shaped the game.
